ALL orders are subjected to a 4-9 days processing period to ensure accuracy of order, creation of garment(s) for order and facilitate efficient delivery or pickup.
If your item(s) are damaged upon delivery, please email us IMMEDIATELY at info@signede.com
Please take the time to ensure that your shipping address is correct/accurate when placing an order.
We cannot replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.
In the instance where your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged to ship your order again.
Please ensure that your email is correct when placing an order. Confirmation of orders and tracking numbers will be sent to the email on file.
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen and/or damaged by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, ect.
We place tracking numbers on all orders, please check your email to stay updated on the location of your item(s).
